You will be responsible for managing the firm and its business development. The Partner builds and maintains the relationship with the customer. He or she is also an expert in strategy, making a vital contribution to the success of the assignment.

As a leader in your field of expertise, you will manage complex, high value-added projects and be responsible for the results obtained. You will also ensure the development and sustainability of customer relationships, working closely with partners.

You will manage projects in line with Maexinvent quality standards and requirements. You will manage a team and participate in the development of consultants. You will actively contribute to the firm's growth, in particular through the sale of additional assignments.

You'll manage a scope of work, take charge of customers and produce key deliverables. Coaching junior consultants, formulating sales proposals and taking part in recruitment are some of the new tasks on offer. As part of internal development projects, you will also develop the expertise and methods that form the basis of Maexinvent's know-how.

You will play an active role in one of our current missions, in direct contact with the customer. In concrete terms, you will conduct analyses and participate in defining and implementing recommendations. Your first assignments will enable you to learn the fundamentals of consulting and to discover several business sectors. Internally, you will contribute to the development and improvement of the firm's analytical tools.
