Partner

You are responsible for the firm’s growth and client relationships.
The Partner builds, maintains, and develops long-term client relationships, working directly with senior management and shareholders.
A recognized expert in their areas of specialization, they lead strategic projects and ensure their impact on client performance.
 

On a day-to-day basis, you will lead strategic committee meetings with clients’ CEOs and general managers, direct the firm’s business strategy for your account portfolio, and embody the Maex vision in your areas of expertise.

As an expert in your field, you will lead high-stakes projects and be accountable for the results delivered to client executive committees and senior management. You will actively contribute to the firm’s business development—including strategic proposals, client accounts, and the structuring of our expertise—in close collaboration with the Partners.

On a daily basis, you lead client executive committee meetings on strategic issues and develop business proposals for the accounts you manage.

Manager

You will lead high-stakes operational and strategic projects, working closely with clients’ operations or division managers. You will manage a team of junior and senior consultants, ensure the quality of deliverables and project management, and contribute to the firm’s growth by identifying additional projects within your client accounts.

 

On a day-to-day basis, you will lead weekly steering committee meetings with client operations directors, supervise 2 to 4 consultants on the project, and make methodological decisions alongside the Principal or Partner.

Senior Mountain Climb

Senior Consultant

You will be assigned an independent scope of work for the project.
You will be responsible for client engagement at the department director and business unit manager levels, and will produce key deliverables—including comprehensive modules, recommendations, and interim reports.
You will supervise junior consultants and interns within your scope of work, contribute to business proposals, and actively participate in the firm’s internal activities (recruitment, expert reports, publications).

 

On a day-to-day basis, you will lead client workshops at the department head level, organize the recommendations provided, and supervise junior consultants on the analyses to be conducted.

Junior Mountain Climb

Junior Consultant

You will actively participate in ongoing projects, working directly with operational managers and client project leads.
You will conduct analyses, build models, and lead workshops to shape the final recommendations, and produce sections of deliverables.
Your first assignments will allow you to master the fundamentals of strategy and operations consulting and gain exposure to various industries.
Internally, you will contribute to the firm’s analytical tools and publications.

On a day-to-day basis, you will conduct analyses and build models, lead workshops with client managers, and draft the sections of the deliverable for which you are responsible.

Stagiaire Mountain Compass

Trainee

Working alongside the team, you will participate in an ongoing project and contribute to the targeted analyses, benchmarks, and data reprocessing that form the basis of the final recommendations.
This experience will allow you to discover the fundamentals of strategy and operations consulting and gain exposure to various industries.
Internally, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the firm’s analytical tools.






On a daily basis, you will conduct the targeted analyses and benchmarks requested by senior consultants and managers, and participate in internal project meetings.

As an expert in your field, you will lead complex, high-value-added projects and be accountable for the results achieved.

MANAGER

You will manage projects in accordance with the firm’s standards and quality requirements.
You will lead a team and contribute to the development of the consultants.

You will also contribute to the firm’s growth, particularly by identifying and developing new opportunities.

SENIOR CONSULTANT

You will be assigned a specific area of responsibility: you will manage clients and produce key deliverables.
Mentoring junior consultants, drafting business proposals, and participating in the recruitment process are also among the responsibilities that will gradually be entrusted to you.

As part of internal development projects, you will also help strengthen the expertise and methodologies that form the foundation of Maex Invent’s know-how.

JUNIOR CONSULTANT

You will play an active role in one of our current projects, working directly with the client.
Specifically, you will conduct analyses and help define and implement recommendations.
