In the wake of the COVID crisis and the war in Ukraine, the industry is now increasing its production volumes, eventually exceeding previous rates. This context highlights the current limits of quality systems.
Before the health crisis, the industry was experiencing stable and fairly predictable growth, confronted only by well-defined challenges. Now, with more widespread crises and the absence of back-up stocks, manufacturers are experiencing significant impacts, while having to cope with an unprecedented acceleration in production.
