We are looking for ambitious candidates who are ready to take on responsibilities quickly
Analytical, meticulous, and proactive individuals who will be expected to grow quickly while working closely with clients.
Candidates from top-tier institutions—business schools, engineering schools, or IEPs—we expect you to possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of initiative.
We also place great importance on personality and the ability to commit, as our consultants are quickly placed in positions of responsibility when dealing with clients.
Fluency in French and English is essential. Proficiency in a third language, such as German, is a plus.
The wide range of subjects allows everyone to specialize in one or more areas based on their interests. Whether you’re a recent graduate or an experienced professional, you can develop your skills through continuing education.
Selection process
Three interviews to learn about your background, your motivations, and how you approach the firm’s challenges.
During the selection process, we aim to assess your knowledge, but also to gain a better understanding of your background, what motivates you, and what you expect from your next workplace.
The process typically consists of three interviews, combining a discussion of your background and motivations with a case study. These two components allow us to evaluate both your skills and your fit with the firm.
Motivation assessment
A conversation to understand your background, your motivations, and your communication style.
This part of the process helps us better understand your personality, your communication and interaction style, and the factors that have shaped your career path.
It’s also an opportunity to discuss your motivations for joining the firm and how you see yourself fitting into our practice areas.
The key qualities we’re looking for are as follows:
- Energy, dynamism and listening skills
- Motivation and empathy
- Professional knowledge and interests
Case studies
An exercise designed to assess your reasoning, your ability to organize your thoughts, and your approach to problem-solving.
The case study is intended to provide a better understanding of your approach to challenges, your analytical skills, and your ability to develop recommendations.
It allows us to evaluate the following aspects in particular:
- Quality of listening and dialogue
- Structured and comprehensive note-taking
- Ability to structure and synthesize
- Ability to stand back
- Proficiency in data handling
- Pragmatic recommendations
