Maex is a European consulting firm that carries out projects around the world. Consultants regularly travel to work with clients; some assignments require a fast-paced work environment and a strong on-site presence.
From Monday through Thursday, the consultants are on assignment; on Fridays, they meet at the Maex offices in Paris. This weekly gathering provides an opportunity to share feedback from assignments, take a step back to assess ongoing projects, and discuss the firm’s core issues.
Friday is also a chance for the entire firm to come together for lunch: a weekly tradition that reinforces the sense of community already present in our daily work on assignments.
Shared moments also integrate knowledge transfer into the firm’s operations through internal presentations and discussions within expert communities. Methodological workshops and training sessions—whether individual or group-based—are organized based on needs expressed by consultants or identified during assignments.
Beyond assignments, everyone can play an active role in Maex’s development: helping with recruitment, preparing seminars, leading training sessions, or speaking on topics relevant to the firm.

Opportunities to get together in a different way, all year long.
Maex regularly organizes events that bring all the teams together. Depending on everyone’s preferences and interests, these events take the form of sports activities, dinners, or cultural outings, among other things.
The annual seminar is a highlight of the year. Each event takes place in a different location—Biarritz, Camargue, Cap-Ferret, Corsica, La Plagne, Mallorca, and Saint-Malo—and the unique characteristics of each location shape the on-site program.
These events strengthen the bonds between teams, extending beyond the day-to-day work.
