A team of dedicated and supportive consultants, built around a culture of knowledge-sharing and initiative. Every consultant can contribute to the firm’s growth through internal initiatives such as seminars and recruitment, expertise communities, leading training sessions, and public speaking.
Maex Invent is a European firm that carries out projects all over the world. Travel is frequent: it’s a demanding pace that the team handles together, with each member able to rely on the other consultants.
The program alternates between more intense periods and quieter moments.
At the end of the day, activities are often organized based on everyone’s preferences and interests: team dinners, cultural outings, sports sessions, or simply spending time together.
Consultants are on assignment from Monday through Thursday and meet on Fridays at the Maex offices in Paris. Friday is one of our highlights: sharing feedback from assignments, discussing key Maex topics, and spending time with the entire firm—a shared lunch, catching up on the week’s news, and taking a step back to reflect on ongoing projects.

Internal presentations are a regular feature of life at the firm: feedback sessions, in-depth discussions of methodology, and group readings. Training sessions, whether individual or group-based, are also organized based on the needs expressed by consultants or identified during assignments.

Life at the firm
At Maex, periods of teamwork are interspersed with opportunities for socializing.
In addition to Friday meetings and internal presentations, Maex regularly organizes events that bring all teams together.
Every year, the annual retreat brings the entire firm together at a different destination: Biarritz, Camargue, Cap-Ferret, Corsica, La Plagne, Mallorca, and Saint-Malo. The program combines sports and cultural activities tailored to each location.
These events help strengthen the bonds between teams beyond the day-to-day work.
