A unique adventure
We're a young, dynamic team. The atmosphere is friendly and everyone is encouraged to share their ideas and take the initiative to develop the firm, organize seminars, suggest outings outside the office or even take charge of a training course.
Maexinvent is a European firm with projects all over the world. A lot of travel is therefore to be expected. You'll need to be able to keep up the pace! But you're not alone, and you can count on the other consultants to help you live a real adventure together. With ups and downs, adrenalin and (sometimes) calmer times... In short, consulting! In the evenings, we often organize activities to suit everyone's desires and interests: good restaurants, cultural visits, the hotel's fitness room, bars and so on.
Usually separated from each other from Monday to Thursday on assignments, the whole firm meets on Fridays in our Paris offices. It's a time to catch up with the other consultants and take a breather from the pace of the week, while taking a step back from our respective work.
Occasional presentations are organized at the instigation of consultants wishing to share a particular experience or know-how. It is also possible to organize individual or group training courses (languages, public speaking, etc.) to enable everyone to develop their skills.
A number of events are organized every year to mark the rhythm of a consultant's professional life. One example is the annual seminar, which always takes place in an original location: caving in Majorca, thalassotherapy and kouing-amann in Saint Malo, canyoning in Corsica, etc.
